Posting Content
CGA members and partners may post and promote any kind of content they wish on the CGA website. Content provided by our members and partners will be uploaded to their dedicated web pages and all relevant web pages on the site. Members who submit content frequently will thus enjoy greater prominence on the CGA website. Content can be specially prepared for CGA, or it may take the form of existing materials that are generated during the ordinary course of business. We do not rebrand any of the materials received. Content can include: articles, how-to guides, event announcements, audiovisual content (videos, speeches), online courses, editorials, and any other promotional or professional materials. Members and partners that circulate a regular newsletter or other e-periodical are encouraged to add the e-mail address [email protected] to their mailing list, so that CGA can automatically upload this content to the website (unless otherwise instructed). Due to CGA’s bilingual readership, we strongly encourage content to be submitted in both Chinese and English. Content should be submitted in Word or PowerPoint format whenever possible, for optimal display on the CGA website. Content in other formats (such as PDF) can be made available for download if necessary. All materials for uploading should be sent to [email protected] 2. Posting Deals
The CGA Deal Center allows investors and asset owners to post information about deals they wish to source or market. CGA members and partners can upload an unlimited number of posts on the CGA Deal Center for free. Other users can post projects for 6 months by paying US$ 50 per project. Posts can be made anonymously, using CGA as the point of contact for further information. CGA assumes no responsibility for duplicate posts made by different users of the Deal Center, and reserves the right to delete duplicates that were posted later in time than the first post.

We want you to be a resource for your fellow readers and we hope that you’ll use our comment section to do that. We’ve designed it to elevate and amplify the most intelligent and civil responses, and diminish or hide the worst. These are the rules of the road:
Stay on point.
When making a comment, don’t go off-topic. Don’t comment about other commenters or their presumed political beliefs. Discuss the merits of the story itself. Do not post a tome. This is not the place to paste a chapter of your (or anyone else’s) dissertation or white paper.
Show respect.
We encourage and appreciate thoughtful debate. Just make sure that when you disagree with a story’s premise or another commenter that you do so in a respectful and courteous manner.
Be polite and keep it clean.
We cover new technologies; our site is not an outlet for rudeness. We do not tolerate personal insults, including name-calling, racism, sexism, hate speech, or obscenity. That means no profane, abusive, harassing, or bullying remarks. If you can’t be civil and polite, don’t post it.
Ignore trolls.
The best response to a troll—someone being repeatedly hostile and provocative—is no response. Please don’t encourage bad behavior by responding; it only serves to delight trolls and egg them on. If someone is abusing a discussion thread, flag any offending comments, and we will address the situation.
Be responsible and authentic.
Post only your opinions in your own words. You are responsible for the content you post.
Don’t post spam or ads.
Unless you have an advertising contract with us, this website is not a billboard for your business. Don’t post spam, self-promotional content, or ad campaigns. No lobbying, recruiting, or soliciting.
We read comments.
Though our discussion boards aren’t formally moderated, we do pay close attention to them. We reserve the right to edit or delete comments that do not meet our standards.
We ban egregious members.
It’s not something we relish. But when necessary, we will ban members who do not abide by these guidelines.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”DISCLAIMER” tab_id=”1498502923432-c7c91725-23cf”][vc_custom_heading text=”Disclaimer” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:24|text_align:center|color:%23292929|line_height:1″ google_fonts=”font_family:Oswald%3A300%2Cregular%2C700|font_style:300%20light%20regular%3A300%3Anormal”][vc_custom_heading text=”Last Revised on July 1, 2017″ font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:14|text_align:center|color:%23292929|line_height:1″ google_fonts=”font_family:Oswald%3A300%2Cregular%2C700|font_style:300%20light%20regular%3A300%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]
